As a post graduate student from Niagara College in the Culinary Management program I am currently at the most exciting adventure in my professional life as I am now looking to get the most experience and knowledge that I can. So far I have learn lots, and experienced even more thanks to the patience and expertise of the great chefs and crews that I’ve had the chance to work with and I feel like I am missing out on so much more. I come to you looking for a chance to work within your team offering my service that is backed up not only with the knowledge of the best quality offered to me at the Niagara College but all my on-the-job experience and my hands on attitude in order to excel in your kitchen as well as in this growing industry in which I look forward to become a successful chef by getting the most from every job well done.

My name is Alejandro Garcia Bouras I was born and raised in Mexico City within a family with great personal values and an amazingly open mind. At the age of 13 I had the opportunity to travel around the world and got to know many different cultures and cuisines. It was then when I developed a passion for food, flavors and aromas. At the same time I realized that every culture is different, but we all have something in common: and it is that everyone in this planet given the choice will choose to have the gourmet version of their favorite food else. Ever since, my goal in life has been to become a chef and be able to cook gourmet food for any kind of palate.
